Today we offer a recipe for French omelet with salmon.

milk 50 ml
lightly salted salmon 50-60 g
butter
dill
white pepper
salt

Instructions


Step 1

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the milk to the mixture and season with white pepper.

Step 2

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt a piece of butter and pour in the egg mixture.

Step 3

When the omelet is browned, arrange the slices of lightly salted salmon on one side and carefully cover with the other.

Step 4

Serve this omelet with dill, French baguette and butter.
