There is an opinion that a real and self-respecting French chef should first of all know how to make an omelet, and only after that should he start cooking other dishes. Today we offer a recipe for French omelet with salmon.

lightly salted salmon 50-60 g |

Step 1
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the milk to the mixture and season with white pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt a piece of butter and pour in the egg mixture.
