Mexican burrito with omelet, smoked chicken breast, tomatoes and two kinds of cheese

| smoked chicken breast 200 g |
| tomatoes 100 g |
| Cheddar cheese 6 slices |
| Mozzarella cheese (grated) 100 g |
| eggs 4 pcs |
| cream (20%) 60 ml |
| butter 80 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| tarragon |
Step 1
Mix eggs with salt, cream and pepper.
Step 2
Pour half of the mixture onto a hot, oiled frying pan, place a tortilla and a piece of butter on top, fry until the omelette is cooked.
Step 3
Then flip, place half of the cheddar, mozzarella, sliced chicken breast and tomato on top. Season with tarragon.
Step 4
Roll the hot tortilla into a roll. Prepare the second burrito in the same manner. Enjoy.
