Ingredients


ground beef 0.5 kg
red beans 250 g
canned corn 250 g
red onion 100 g
tomatoes 200 g
hard cheese 200 g
green onions 15 g
cilantro 10 g
water 250 ml
vegetable oil 25 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
dried garlic
paprika
zira
ground coriander
red pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Fry the chopped onion and minced meat in oil.

Step 2

Add diced tomatoes, beans, corn, salt, all spices and water. Stir, sprinkle with grated cheese and stir again.

Step 3

Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 4

Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve. Enjoy!
