Step 1
Combine the eggs and salt and mix until smooth. Make a funnel in the boiling salted water and pour the egg mixture into it in a thin stream. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Then drain the water and set the omelet aside on a sieve with a paper towel or gauze greased with vegetable oil. Place the cheese, twisted into a tube, into the omelet and form a roll. Brush with butter, season with black pepper. Bon appetit!
