A flavorful, spectacular and hearty layered omelet with ham, cheese, tomato and herbs.

| ham 4 slices |
| hard cheese (grated) 80 g |
| tomatoes 120 g |
| cream (20%) 25 ml |
| vegetable oil 15 ml |

| herbs |
| salt |
| pepper |
| paprika |

Step 1
Slice the tomato into thin slices. Chop the herbs. Separate the whites from the yolks and salt.
Step 2
Add cream, Italian herbs and pepper to the whites and paprika to the yolks. Stir both mixtures together.
Step 3
Pour some of the egg whites into a heated buttered skillet. When it has set, place 2 slices of ham on one half and cover with the other half.
Step 4
Slide the egg white to the side and pour a little yolk on the empty space. When it has set, place the tomatoes and herbs on it and cover with the egg white.
Step 5
Set it aside, pour some protein again, sprinkle some cheese over it and cover with the omelet. Continue this process until all the ingredients are finished. Enjoy your appetizer!
