Cornmeal milk pancakes with browned ham and cheese sauce

| cornmeal 90 g |
| wheat flour 90 g |
| sugar 10 g |
| leavening agent 6 g |
| salt 1 g |
| egg 1 pc |
| milk 200 ml |
| ham 200 g |
| vegetable oil 100 ml |
| CHEESE SAUCE: |
| cream (20%) 150 g |
| melted cheese "Amber" 150 g |
| salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste |
Step 1
Mix the sifted wheat flour with the baking powder and cornflour. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, sugar, egg and salt, mix and gradually add the flour to make a smooth dough. Fry the fritters in vegetable oil over medium-high heat until browned.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Combine the cream and melted cheese in a saucepan and heat, stirring, until the cheese is melted. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from the stove.
Step 3
Fry the ham slices in a little vegetable oil.
Step 4
Top the fritters with ham and pour the cheese sauce over them. Bon appetit!
