Fluffy and hearty zucchini fritters with turkey and cheese sauce

zucchini 300 g |
boiled turkey fillet 200 g |
eggs 3 pcs |
grated hard cheese 80 g |
wheat flour 60 g |
vegetable oil 40 ml |
green onion 20 g |
TO TASTE: |
salt |
black pepper |
dried ground garlic |
SAUCE: |
cream (20%) 150 ml |
melted cream cheese 100 g |
salt to taste |
paprika to taste |
black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, salt and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the turkey, put it in a blender, add eggs and beat until homogeneous. Then combine with chopped onions and cheese.
Step 3
Squeeze zucchini from moisture, combine with the meat puree, add flour, salt and spices. Mix well.
Step 4
Fry the fritters in vegetable oil.
Step 5
For the sauce, melt cheese in hot cream. Season with salt and spices.
Step 6
Serve the fritters with the sauce. Enjoy!
