Zucchini fritters with coriander and lime notes with creamy tomato sauce
300 g zucchini |
1-2 tbsp. wheat flour |
1 egg |
60 g melted butter |
pinch of lime zest |
dill, salt, freshly ground coriander to taste. |
SOUCE: |
150 g sour cream |
150 g skinned tomatoes |
60 g cream cheese |
5 g each of green onion, parsley and dill |
salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Grate the zucchini, salt, mix and leave for 15 minutes. Then use a sieve to squeeze out any excess moisture.
Step 2
Add the chopped dill, coriander, lime zest, flour and egg. Stir and fry the fritters in ghee.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix the chopped herbs, diced tomatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve the fritters with the sauce. Enjoy.
