Bright, refreshing, tender green fritters — maximum vitamins and minimum calories

| dill leaves 10 g |
| mint leaves 10 g |
| parsley leaves 30 g |

| eggs 2 pcs |

Step 1
Chop the greens - spinach, dill, parsley, mint and green onion feathers.
Step 2
Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water and drain in a sieve.
Step 3
Combine the chopped herbs, rinsed potatoes, grated carrots, eggs and flour. Season with salt, black pepper, curry, turmeric and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Fry the fritters in vegetable oil until browned.
Step 5
Then transfer to a baking tray covered with parchment and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
