Simple but flavorful and in an original serving, bright carrot fritters with eggs
carrots 350 g |
onions 40 g |
bacon 60 g |
wheat flour 45 g |
eggs 5 pcs |
vegetable oil 30 ml |

dried garlic |

Step 1
Grate the carrots coarsely, grate the onion finely, salt and mix. Leave for a few minutes, then drain on a sieve with cheesecloth and squeeze out the excess moisture.
Step 2
Add 1 egg, flour, spices, chopped bacon and mix.
Step 3
Form fritters, 10-12 centimeters in diameter, fry in vegetable oil on both sides until browned.
Step 4
Then cut out the centers and beat an egg into the holes. Salt, pepper, fry for another 3-4 minutes under a lid. Bon appetit.
