Traditional Italian omelet frittata with green peas and feta cheese

| cream 20 ml |
| cream cheese 50 g |
| feta cheese 100 g |
| boiled potatoes 300 g |
| green peas 140 g |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| grainy mustard 20 g |
| olive oil 20 ml |
| parsley 10 g |
| dill 10 g |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Fry the potato slices with chopped garlic in olive oil.
Step 2
Add the green peas and feta slices.
Step 3
Combine the chopped herbs, whites, eggs, cream, cream cheese, mustard, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the resulting mixture over the contents of the skillet, cover and cook at medium temperature for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy.
