apple 1 pc.
vegetable oil
thyme
starch
salt
pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Peel the apples, cut into slices and coat in starch.

Step 3

Fry in vegetable oil until browned and season with thyme leaves.

Step 4

Pour over the egg mixture, add the grated cheddar and let the eggs set.

Step 5

Place the frittata pan in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
