mozzarella cheese 150 g |

Step 1
Add salt, yeast and a tablespoon of oil to the sifted flour. Gradually pour in water and knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Then knead, divide into two parts and roll each part into a rectangular cake.

Mix the remaining oil with the lemon zest, crushed garlic, salt and oregano.
