Seafood Flatbread

For seafood lovers — crispy Flatbread with sea cocktail

Ingredients


wheat flour 175 g
olive oil 60 ml
dry yeast 7 g
water 125 ml
sea cocktail 200 g
mozzarella cheese 150 g
garlic 1 clove
zest of 1/2 lemon
salt, oregano to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Add salt, yeast and a tablespoon of oil to the sifted flour. Gradually pour in water and knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Step 2

Then knead, divide into two parts and roll each part into a rectangular cake.

Step 3

Mix the remaining oil with the lemon zest, crushed garlic, salt and oregano.

Step 4

Brush the crust with the spiced butter, sprinkle with cheese, arrange the seafood, then sprinkle with cheese again.

Step 5

Bake at 220 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy.
