Sandwich with fried egg, tomato, cucumber and salad leaves

Ingredients


bread 4 slices
eggs 2 pcs
tomato 1 pc
cucumber 1 pc
salad leaves
butter 1/2 tsp.
olive oil (for frying)
salt

Instructions


Step 1

Slice the cucumber and tomato into circles.

Step 2

Dry the bread in a toaster or in the oven. Cool slightly and spread with butter.

Step 3

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the eggs. Season with salt and remove from the heat.

Step 4

Place salad leaves, vegetable pieces and scrambled eggs on the bread slices. Cover with bread.
