Baked pancakes stuffed with mushrooms and bacon, with egg and cheese

| mushrooms 250 g |
| bacon 100 g |
| onions 50 g |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| grated hard cheese 80 g |
| butter 30 g |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| parsley 10 g |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
Step 1
For the filling, fry chopped onion, mushrooms and bacon in vegetable oil. Add butter, salt, pepper and chopped parsley and mix.
Step 2
Spread two pancakes overlapping and place the filling across each one. Roll the pancakes into tubes and then shape them into snails.
Step 3
Place in a baking dish greased with butter. Flatten the centers, sprinkle with cheese and beat an egg into them.
Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes at 200℃. Enjoy.
