soy sauce 90 ml |
rice vinegar 10 ml |

Step 1
For the sauce, mix the chopped onion and garlic with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2
Dissolve the salt in the water, add the flour and knead the dough.
Step 3
Roll out into a rectangle, brush with oil and sprinkle with chopped onion.
Step 4
Roll the dough into a tight roll and cut into 5-7 cm wide pieces.
Step 5
Place each piece on a cutting and flatten, then roll out with a rolling pin into a thin pancake.
Step 6
