cucumbers 80 g |
tomatoes 80 g |

Step 1
Mix eggs, cream, oregano, salt, half the butter and rolled oats, make two pancakes.
Step 2
Chop onion, basil and peeled cucumber, mix with cream cheese, pepper and salt.
Step 3
Place the mixture on half of each pancake, add ham, tomato slices and salad leaves, fold the pancakes in half and serve. Enjoy.
