A creation of healthy eating adepts - oatmeal pancake with ham and cream cheese and greens.
| rolled oats (instant oats) 80 g |
| eggs 3 pcs |
| cream (20%) 60 ml |
| cream cheese 100 g |
| ham 100 g |
| cucumbers 80 g |
| tomatoes 80 g |
| green onions 15 g |
| basil 15 g |
| salad leaves 40 g |
| olive oil 20 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| oregano |
Step 1
Mix eggs, cream, oregano, salt, half the butter and rolled oats, make two pancakes.
Step 2
Chop onion, basil and peeled cucumber, mix with cream cheese, pepper and salt.
Step 3
Place the mixture on half of each pancake, add ham, tomato slices and salad leaves, fold the pancakes in half and serve. Enjoy.
