Simple recipe for buckwheat sausage at home

Ingredients


cooked buckwheat groats 240 g
chicken liver 700 g
bacon (pork brisket) 100 g
onions 200 g
garlic 3 cloves
intestine 1.5 m
bay leaf 5 pcs
vegetable oil 50 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
thyme
oregano

Instructions


Step 1

Fry the chopped brisket and onion in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cut the liver into small pieces. Add the cooked buckwheat, fried onions and brisket, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and grated garlic.

Step 3

Fill the intestine with the stuffing, tying a knot at the ends. Tie the sausage with thread and drop into boiling salted water with a bay leaf. Boil for 25 minutes.

Step 4

Then fry on both sides until browned. Enjoy.
