Salted oatmeal cooked on broth with fried blood sausage, egg and cheese
oats 80 g |
chicken broth 400 ml |
blood sausage 200 g |
grated hard cheese 60 g |
butter 70 g |
eggs 2 pcs |

Step 1
Boil oat groats until cooked in salted broth. Add half of the butter and cheese and stir.
Step 2
Cut blood sausage into rings, fry in butter until brown.
Step 3
Fry the eggs, seasoning them with salt, black and red pepper.
Step 4
Serve oatmeal with blood sausage and fried eggs. Enjoy.
