Flavorful, baked potatoes with ramson and scallions.

| potatoes 6-8 pcs |
| red onion 1 pc |
| pork brisket 200 g |
| sour cream 2 tbsp. |
| vegetable oil 1 tbsp. |
| salt, pepper to taste |
| ground coriander 1 pinch |
| paprika 1 pinch |
Step 1
Put the sliced onions and potatoes into a baking dish. Chop the rampson and add to the vegetables.
Step 2
Cut the brisket into slices and lightly fry in a hot dry frying pan.
Step 3
Then transfer to a mold, add sour cream, salt, coriander, paprika, black pepper and vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir the potatoes every 10-15 minutes so that they bake evenly.
Step 4
If desired, serve the dish with slices of bryndza and fresh ramson leaves.
