Bread rolls with salmon

For breakfast, we will make delicious dark bread rolls with salmon and cream sauce

Ingredients


toasted bread 6 slices
processed cheese 50 g
fresh cucumber 1 pc
lightly salted salmon 100 g
Sauce:
leek
cream (30%) 100 g
salt
pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Take the toast bread and cut off the crusts. Brush each toast with melted cheese and overlap three slices. Then place the sliced cucumber and salmon on top.

Step 2

Form a roll using food wrap. Allow to rest for a few minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Slice the leeks and fry them in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes. Add the cream, pepper, salt and steam the sauce for a couple more minutes.

Step 4

Slice the salmon into thin slices. Press the roll out of the cling film. Place the salmon slices on top. Cut the roll into serving pieces.
