Sushi roll cake

Original layered salad, in the form of a cake called Sushi Roll, which will undoubtedly become a decoration of your table.

Ingredients


sushi rice 250 g
rice dressing 160 ml
red fish (lightly salted) 250 g
crab strips 200 g
cream cheese 300 g
cucumber (fresh) 250 g
avocado (soft) 2 pcs
nori seaweed 5 sheets
vegetable oil 10 ml
green onion to taste
sesame mix to taste
RICE DRESSING:
rice vinegar 100 ml
sugar 50 g
sea salt 12 g

Instructions


Step 1

Soak the washed rice in cold water for 40 minutes. Then transfer to a heavy-bottomed saucepan, pour boiling water over it and cook at medium temperature for 12-14 minutes.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients for the dressing, bring to a boil, dress the rice and let it cool.

Step 3

Finely dice the peeled cucumber. Slice the avocado and red fish into thin slices. Cut nori sheets with scissors, tear crab sticks into fibers.

Step 4

Lightly grease the side and bottom of the mold with vegetable oil. Place half of the nori sheets on the bottom, on them - half of the rice, smear the rice with half of the cream cheese, then lay out in layers half of the cucumbers, avocado, crab sticks and fish. Then repeat the same with the remaining ingredients.

Step 5

Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Then remove the side and serve sprinkled with chopped chives and sesame seeds. Enjoy.
