Original and hearty lasagna rolls
| ground beef 0.5 kg |
| red onion 120 g |
| pelati tomatoes 800 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| pita 4 sheets |
| hard cheese 100 g |
| olive oil 60 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| sugar |
| black pepper |
| Italian herbs |
| FILLING: |
| cottage cheese 400 g |
| egg 1 pc |
| cream (20%) 50 ml |
| hard cheese 250 g |
| parsley 10 g |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic. Fry in oil for a couple of minutes. Add the minced meat and fry until tender. Add sugar, salt, spices and half of the pelati tomatoes. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
For the filling, combine grated hard cheese with cottage cheese, cream, egg, salt, black pepper and chopped parsley. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Place the remaining pelati tomatoes in the mold. Season them with sugar and salt.
Step 4
Spread the pita sheets with the cheese filling and meat sauce. Roll up the rolls, cut into slices and place in the mold.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
