Delicate, with a slight sourness and pleasant sweetness, a quick apple and pear tart with ice cream

sweet pears 400 g |

Step 1
Combine the grated butter with the sugar, salt and sifted flour and rub together to form a crumb.
Step 2
Put 200 grams of the crumb mixture into a container and place in the freezer, then shape the rest into tart molds and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 3
Core the apples and pears and cut into thin slices.
Step 4
Sprinkle half the nuts over the cake, then fan the apple and pear slices, sprinkle with the remaining nuts, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the frozen crumble.
Step 5
Bake the pie at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Then allow it to cool.
