Egg casserole with baked potatoes and meat products under a cheese crust

Ingredients


eggs 6 pcs
baked potatoes 6 pcs
smoked chicken fillet 80 g
smoked pork brisket 80 g
sausages 2 pcs
cream (20%) 80 ml
mozzarella 150 g
vegetable oil 20 ml
green onion 5 g
dill 5 g
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Brush the washed dry potatoes with oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. When the potatoes have cooled, cut off the tops and remove the flesh.

Step 2

Shred the pork brisket and chicken fillet and fry in vegetable oil with the sliced sausages. Fill the potatoes with the meat ingredients and part of the cheese.

Step 3

Then mix eggs, cream, salt, black pepper, chopped herbs and fill the potatoes with this mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Enjoy.
