Hearty casserole with potatoes, sausage and Cheddar cheese
Ingredients
| potatoes 900 g |
| sausages 12 pcs |
| Cheddar cheese 12 slices |
| wheat flour 50 g |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| green onions 10 g |
| butter 30 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| potato spice |
| paprika |
| dried garlic |
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Add chopped onion, flour, paprika, eggs, dried garlic, salt, black pepper and mix.
Step 2
Season the cheese with potato spices and wrap the sausages in it.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter, place half of the potato mixture in it, then the sausages in cheese and the remaining potato mixture.
Step 4
Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Enjoy.
