Step 1
Prepare the sauce. Fry the flour in the butter until golden. Pour in the milk and cook, stirring until thickened. Add the yolks, grated cheese, salt, nutmeg and stir until the cheese is melted, but do not bring to the boil.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Chop the onion, mushrooms and ham. Fry in vegetable oil. Season with salt, pepper and mix.
Step 3
Wrap the potatoes in foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. Then cut it lengthwise, make hollows, put the stuffing inside and pour the sauce abundantly. Bake at 230 degrees until browned. Serve hot. Enjoy.
