Baked potato boats with turkey, greens and salad leaves

Step 1
Put the potatoes in a mold, brush with olive oil, season with salt and bake at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Then allow to cool.
Step 2
Cut off the side of each potato, remove the flesh and grease the cavities with melted butter. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with Italian herbs and bread crumbs. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Salt the turkey, season with chicken spices, red pepper and fry until cooked in olive oil.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing, add the chopped herbs and salad leaves and the sliced turkey. Stir to combine.

Fill the potato boats with the resulting mixture. Enjoy.
