A true hard cor - potatoes baked with bacon, cheese and eggs.
| large potatoes (boiled) 2 pcs. |
| bacon 6 ribbons |
| grated hard cheese 50 g |
| sour cream 40 g |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| dill 10 g |
| green onion 10 g |
| vegetable oil 20 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| thyme |
Step 1
Cut the sides off the potatoes and pick out the flesh.
Step 2
Spread three strips of bacon on each potato, place a potato on top and wrap the edges of the bacon inside the potato. Season with a little butter and pepper.
Step 3
Mash the potato flesh with a fork, add the cheese, sour cream, thyme and salt and mix well.
Step 4
Fill the potatoes with the mixture, put them in a mold, beat in an egg, salt and bake at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished potatoes with chopped herbs. Bon appetit!
