Original sandwiches with black currants and savory notes of Brie cheese
wheat bread 4 slices |
brie cheese 200 g |
black currants 220 g |
basil 10 g |
butter 50 g |
Step 1
Combine the currants with the chopped basil and mash well. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
Step 2
Brush all the bread with the currant and basil mixture. Then place half the cheese on two slices of bread, cover with the remaining bread and grill the sandwiches in a dry frying pan until browned, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Brush the finished sandwiches with butter, cut in half and serve. Enjoy!
If the currants are sour, you can add a little sugar.
