Original tomato sandwiches filled with two kinds of cheese, baked in the oven

milk 100 ml |
cream (20%) 100 ml |

Step 1
Prepare the sauce. Crush the garlic and fry in half the butter. Add the tomato paste, fry for another minute, then pour in the milk and cream and bring to the boil. Season with oregano, salt and black pepper, stir and allow to cool.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper. Then mix with the tomato sauce. Brown the toast.
Step 3
Grease a mold with the remaining butter. Place 4 toasts on the bottom, sprinkle them with a third of the cheese mixture, cover with the remaining toasts and pour the sauce over them. Top with the remaining cheese, chopped basil and season with black pepper.
Step 4
Bake the tomato sandwiches at 190 degrees for 17 minutes. Enjoy
