Crepe sandwiches

Crepe sandwiches with ham, cream cheese and mushrooms

Ingredients


pancakes 4 pcs
ham 200 g
cream cheese 120 g
mushrooms 100 g
spinach leaves 100 g
fresh cucumbers 130 g
cream (20%) 50 ml
soy sauce 40 ml
balsamic 15 ml
olive oil 15 ml
honey 20 ml
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

For the marinade, mix together the balsamic, soy sauce, oil, honey, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Thinly slice the mushrooms and put them in the marinade.

Step 3

Mix the cream with the cream cheese, and finely dice the peeled cucumber.

Step 4

Grease warm pancakes with cream cheese, place ham slices, cucumber, mushrooms and spinach on them. Roll into triangles. Enjoy!
