French toast sandwich with bouillabaisse and pineapple

To reheat, a savory French toast sandwich with baked ham and pineapple

Ingredients


toasted bread 6 slices
canned pineapple 6 rings
bacon 6 slices
hard cheese 12 slices
eggs 3 pcs
cream (20%) 50 ml
vegetable oil 30 ml
salt, black pepper, paprika to taste

Instructions


Step 1

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cream, salt and spices. Dip the toast in the egg mixture and fry in oil until browned.

Step 2

Place a slice of cheese, a slice of pineapple, a slice of bacon and another slice of cheese on two toasts. Then repeat the layers.

Step 3

Place one more toast and two more slice of cheese on top and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
