A massive chicken and pork brisket sandwich for large company — Titanic!
| wheat toast 10 pieces |
| mayonnaise 100 g |
| light mustard 30 g |
| chicken fillet 500 g |
| smoked pork brisket 150 g |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| pickled cucumbers 150 g |
| hard cheese 250 g |
| light beer 250 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| chicken seasoning |
| dried garlic |
| paprika |
| nutmeg |
Step 1
Salt and pepper the chicken fillets and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Fry in vegetable oil together with slices of pork brisket.
Step 2
Grate cheese into a baking dish. Add the paprika, nutmeg, dried garlic and beer. Stir.
Step 3
Cut the crusts off the toast. Brush half of them with a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard. Place chicken fillet, pork breast and sliced pickles on them.
Step 4
Cover with the remaining toast. Cut each sandwich diagonally in half and arrange in a staggered pattern in the cheese mold.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve the dish hot. Bon appetit!
