A perfect fried-in-egg ham and cheese sandwich that will impress not only with its speed of preparation, but also with its eating.

toasted bread 4 slices |
hard cheese 90 g |
eggs 4 pcs |
onions 30 g |
melted butter (can be replaced with melted butter) 50 g |
olive oil 30 g |
vinegar 10 g |
sugar 10 g |
salt to taste |
black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Mix the finely diced onion with the vinegar and sugar. Leave to marinate.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix together the coarsely grated cheese and finely diced ham.
Step 3
Brush the toast with melted butter. Place the ham and cheese and pickled onions on two of them, place the remaining toast on top and cut off all the crusts.
Step 4
Whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper. Dip the sandwiches well in the egg mixture and fry in olive oil.
Step 5
Then blot with a paper towel. Cut the sandwiches into triangles and serve.
