Béchamel sauce 120 g |
eggs 2 pcs |
butter 60 g |
light mustard 10 g |
black pepper to taste |
BÉCHAMEL SAUCE: |
butter 40 g |
flour 25 g |
milk 300 ml |
nutmeg 1/4 tsp. |
salt to taste |
Step 1
Prepare the béchamel sauce. Brown the flour in the butter, pour in the milk, add the salt and nutmeg and, stirring, bring to the boil. Add a piece of butter and stir.
Step 2
Brush two toasts with béchamel sauce and place two slices of ham and one slice of cheese on each. Brush the remaining toast with mustard, cover the sandwiches and fry on both sides in butter until brown. Then transfer to a mold, cover with cheese and drizzle with the remaining Béchamel sauce.
Step 3
Bake for 5-7 minutes at 220 degrees. On the ready toasts put glazed eggs, pepper and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
