garlic 2 cloves |
spinach 500 g |
parsley 25 g |

Filo dough 8 sheets |

Step 1
Fry the finely chopped onion in a large frying pan until soft, add the chopped garlic and fry for another 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add the chopped spinach and continue to fry for about 2 minutes until the greens are soft. Then remove from the heat.
Step 3
Stir the chopped parsley, green onions, eggs and feta into the spinach. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Place a sheet of filo pastry in an oiled baking dish. Brush it with oil, place the next sheet and repeat this procedure with two more sheets of filo pastry.
Step 5
Place the filling on the dough and cover with four layers of dough, brushing each with olive oil. Fold the edges of the pastry, brush the top of the pie with oil and send it to bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
