To make the chili paste: |
garlic 6 cloves |

ground red pepper 4 tsp. |
water 40 g |

To serve, if desired: |
yogurt |

Step 1
Prepare the chili paste. Chop and combine the garlic and chili peppers in the blender bowl. Add the ground red pepper, salt and water. Blend until smooth. Then combine the grated onion, olive oil, zira, ground black pepper, salt and chili paste and mix well.
Step 2
Then add this mixture to the mince and mix everything with your hands for 10 minutes.

After the time, add the grated tomatoes and bulgur and keep stirring the mince for another 40 minutes.

Then chop the green onions and cilantro, add to the mince and stir for another 10 minutes.

Brush your hands with olive oil and form the patties.

To serve, mix yogurt with chopped cilantro to taste and top with salad leaves, radish slices and lemon wedges.
