Tender roasted rabbit legs with roasted broccoli
rabbit legs (250 g each) 2 pieces |

GARNIRE: |
broccoli 0.5 kg |
olive oil 40 ml |
zest and juice of 1/2 lemon |
cream (20%) 200 ml |
salt to taste |
Step 1
For the marinade, combine the crushed garlic, milk, salt and spices. Stir!
Step 2
Cut the rabbit legs down to the bone, put them in the marinade and leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix the flour with salt and black pepper. Coat the legs in this mixture, then dip in the marinade and coat again in flour. Fry in vegetable oil until cooked through!
Step 4
Boil the broccoli florets in salted water with lemon juice.
Step 5
Dry with a paper towel, place in a mold, brush with olive oil and bake at 220 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Step 6
For the sauce, combine the cream, lemon zest, salt and heat.
Step 7
Serve the legs with broccoli, pouring the sauce. Bon appetit!
