Ingredients


toasted bread 1 loaf
sliced hard cheese 250 g
sliced ham 300 g
cream (20%) 100 ml
eggs 2 pcs
raw sesame seeds 15 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
Provencal herbs

Instructions


Step 1

Wrap the bread halfway in foil. Divide the cheese and ham between the slices.

Step 2

Combine cream with eggs, salt and spices.

Step 3

Fill the bread with the resulting mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds, cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
