Step 1
Heat water, add sugar, salt and vinegar.
Step 2
Slice the garlic clove into thin slices and the carrots and chili peppers into circles.
Step 3
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half. Place in the marinade along with the garlic, carrots and chili.

Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer the cabbage and vegetables into a sterilized jar, add a sprig of rosemary and pour in the hot marinade. When it cools down, put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
