Yummy beef rolls with cheese and ham topped with pickled roasted peppers!

| grainy mustard 20 g |
| ham 6 slices |
| Cheddar cheese 6 slices |
| red onion 40 g |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| parsley 15 g |
| basil 15 g |
| olive oil 50 ml |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
| grill seasoning to taste |
| PEPPERS: |
| roasted peppers 350 g |
| white balsamic vinegar 20 ml |
| honey 15 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| green basil 10 g |
| olive oil 20 ml |
| salt to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Chop garlic and basil, combine with oil, honey, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Marinate the peeled peppers in this mixture for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Flatten the batter, baste, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Combine the chopped garlic, onion and herbs with the grill seasoning, mustard and half the oil. Brush over the meat.
Step 5
Then put the slices of ham and cheese on it, roll up, tie with twine and cut into 4 pieces.
Step 6
Fry the rolls in olive oil on all sides, starting from the slices, then place in a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit!
