These meatballs are very much liked by children, they can be cooked in advance and frozen, as a garnish is suitable mashed potatoes, rice, mixed vegetables.
| ground beef 300 g |
| minced pork 300 g |
| egg 1 pc |
| onions (finely chopped) 2.5 tbsp. |
| ground breadcrumbs 50 ml |
| mashed potatoes (see below, you can use dry mashed potatoes) |
| vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp. |
| salt 0,5 tsp. |
| pepper (white and allspice) to taste |
| MASHED POTATOES: |
| potatoes 2 pcs |
| cream to taste |
| salt to taste |
Step 1
Fry the onion in oil until golden. Mix the mashed potatoes and breadcrumbs. Mix all ingredients until smooth, season to taste with salt, white pepper and (if desired) a little ground allspice.
Step 2
Form small meat balls (about the size of a teaspoon) and dip in flour. Place on parchment, spray with vegetable oil. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
