In Europe, chanterelles are known by many names, including Pfifferling (German mushroom), and Girolle (Italian mushroom). But today Dasha will cook chanterelles... the Hungarian way! Try it!
vegetable oil |
butter |
onion (cut into half rings) |
garlic (chopped) 1 clove |
chanterelles 400 g |
eggs 2 pcs |
paprika 1 tbsp. |
TO TASTE: |
sour cream |
salt |
pepper |
parsley |
Step 1
Rinse the chanterelles well and boil them.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil and butter in a frying pan. Fry the garlic and onion until golden.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms. Fry briefly, then add the paprika. Stir and add the sour cream immediately, otherwise the paprika will be bitter.
Step 4
After a few minutes, add the eggs. Mix well, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Add parsley. Serve with fresh bread.
