Potato patties with sardines in aioli sauce
| sardines (canned) 150 g |
| potatoes (boiled) 400 g |
| wheat flour 65 g |
| onion 60 g |
| egg 1 pc |
| parsley 10 g |
| vegetable oil 50 ml |
| salt to taste |
| black and red pepper to taste |
| paprika to taste |
| AIOLI SAUCE: |
| yolks 2 pcs |
| lemon juice 20 ml |
| mustard (non-spicy) 10 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| olive oil 100 ml |
| salt to taste |
| sugar to taste |
| black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Sieve the sardines from the oil. Combine with the grated potatoes. Mash with a crusher. Add chopped onion, chopped parsley, red and black pepper, paprika, salt, flour, egg and mix. Form cutlets and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix the squeezed garlic with the yolks, lemon juice, mustard, black pepper, salt and sugar. Then thinly stream in the oil, stirring continuously with a whisk. Serve the cutlets with the sauce. Enjoy.
