| vegetable oil 20 ml |
| boiling water 2 liters |

Step 1
Dice the carrots, celery potatoes and tomatoes. Fill with boiling water, add bay leaf and salt.
Step 2
Saute the chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil, add to the vegetables and cook until the potatoes are ready. Then put the sardines in the soup and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Serve the soup with chopped greens, peppered to taste. Bon appetit.
