Pasta Bucatini with sardines and cod liver

Let's prepare bucatini pasta with flavorful tomato sauce, sardines and tender cod liver.

Ingredients


bucatini (can be replaced by spaghetti) 160 g
sardines in oil 120 g
cod liver 120 g
pelati tomatoes 400 g
garlic 3 cloves
olive oil 40 ml
grated parmesan 1 tbsp.
TO TASTE:
salt
sugar
black pepper
ground fennel

Instructions


Step 1

Fry the crushed garlic in the oil, add the pelati tomatoes, fennel, peppers and quarter the liquid.

Step 2

Cut the cod liver into small pieces, put into the sauce, season with sugar and salt.

Step 3

Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente and combine with the sauce.

Step 4

Serve with sardines and parmesan. Enjoy.
