Let's prepare bucatini pasta with flavorful tomato sauce, sardines and tender cod liver.
bucatini (can be replaced by spaghetti) 160 g |
sardines in oil 120 g |
cod liver 120 g |
pelati tomatoes 400 g |
garlic 3 cloves |
olive oil 40 ml |
grated parmesan 1 tbsp. |
TO TASTE: |
salt |
sugar |
black pepper |
ground fennel |
Step 1
Fry the crushed garlic in the oil, add the pelati tomatoes, fennel, peppers and quarter the liquid.
Step 2
Cut the cod liver into small pieces, put into the sauce, season with sugar and salt.
Step 3
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente and combine with the sauce.
Step 4
Serve with sardines and parmesan. Enjoy.
