Today we are preparing an original appetizer of sardines, butter, and lemon. Preparing this appetizer will not take much time, but you will no longer have to puzzle over what to make for breakfast.

butter 100 g |
lemon juice |
lemon zest 1 tsp. |
dill |
serving loaf 2-3 slices |
Step 1
Place sardines and soft butter in a glass.
Step 2
Add a little lemon juice and lemon zest.
Step 3
Chop with an immersion blender until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Step 4
Add a couple of sprigs of dill to the fish oil and whisk again.
Step 5
Cut the baton into bars and fry in a frying pan until golden.
Step 6
Serve with the fish oil.
