tomato paste 40 g |

cream (30%) 300 ml |

Step 1
Cut the pork loin into thin, long slices. Fry in oil until browned.
Step 2
Combine the tomato paste, cream and spices. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the meat and braise for 5 minutes.

Add the red wine and braise for another 10-12 minutes.
