Once upon a time, we liked a recipe from one Jamie Oliver book so much that we immediately decided to try it out. We offer you our own, slightly modified, version
white fish fillet 0.5 kg |
non-fat white yogurt 1 cup |
boiled potatoes 300 g |
turmeric 2 tsp. |
garlic (minced) 2 cloves |
chili pepper (finely chopped) 1 piece |
ginger root (peel and grate) |
mint (chop) |
ground white pepper |
salt |
Step 1
Cut the fish into large pieces. For the dressing, mix the yogurt with the ginger, chili, turmeric and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the fish with the mixture and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Thread the fish and potatoes onto skewers. Fry, turning regularly. Sprinkle the finished kebab with mint.
